Silverman Dakin is committed to respecting the privacy and confidentiality of all users of our website services.

Silverman Dakin has no means of collecting personal information from your visit to our website until you register with us using our optional on-line registration, or by sending us an email with an attached document which on receipt may be stored on our database.
If you provide us with an email address, we may use this information and any other information you supply, to respond to your enquiry, only.
We will not destroy your information unless you instruct us to do so.

We will safeguard, according to strict standards of security and confidentiality, any information that you as a candidate share with us, with all personal information stored on our candidate database.
How does Silverman Dakin use your personal information and to whom is it disclosed?
We use the information you provide us with to refer you to potential employers but not before we meet with you or discuss suitable employment opportunities.
Disclosure however, to a third party will only occur with your prior approval.
Please note that with information provided by you in unsolicited resumes, we will also seek your approval, prior to submission to a third party.
How can you find out what personal information Silverman Dakin has on file, and update it if necessary?
Subject to exceptions set out in the National Privacy Principles you may gain access to your personal information that you have registered with us after 21 December 2001. Indeed, we welcome your assistance in ensuring that your details are kept current. If you would like to update your information or enquire about your personal information we hold, please email cv@sildak.com.au addressing your request to the Privacy Coordinator. You will need to verify your identity.
We do refuse access if you interfere with the privacy rights of others and might impose a moderate charge in providing access. You should also anticipate that it may take a little time to process your application for access as there could be a need to retrieve information from storage and review information to determine what may be provided.
