AIWCW is a national professional organisation providing a broad range of membership services, registration and advocacy in the welfare and community sector. This strategic role will provide leadership, operational frameworks, financial management and human resources with a small team.

Reporting to the Board, you will evaluate and expand the membership value proposition, create and enhance structures for managing assessments, develop policy and advocate for the sector on a national platform.

This hands-on role requires a proactive leader who can combine sound business skills with an understanding of the human services sector, grow awareness, increase revenue, and ensure organisational sustainability.
