Take the top leadership role with one of the most respected human services organisations in Melbourne that prides itself on saving the lives of adults and youth with drug and alcohol addiction by providing a holistic approach to care.

Reporting to a supportive Board, your focus is on running the entire operations across several locations in Victoria. Responsibilities embrace governance, budget, human resources, oversight of programs, compliance, and day to day 'business' aspects of the organisation. You will build relationships with Government to source funding and influence policy, access additional revenue streams, and advance partnerships with other providers in the human services sector.

You will lead a team of approximately 100 staff across community care, residential services, outreach programs, therapeutic services, family support and administration functions, and develop the organisation's structure to set the path for strategic growth and expansion of innovative programs.

This diverse, hands-on role requires an experienced CEO who can combine sound business and people skills with an understanding of Drug and Alcohol recovery or Mental Illness.
